I was born and raised in Bradenton, Florida, and growing up in Manatee and Sarasota County has given me a deep understanding of the communities, lifestyle, and real estate market along Florida’s Gulf Coast. My background in customer service began at a young age while helping my mother in our family store. My real estate career started in the Longboat Key rentals department at Wagner Realty, where I worked closely with property owners and vacation guests. This experience gave me valuable insight into vacation rentals, seasonal demand, and investment property opportunities along the Gulf Coast. It also helped me develop a strong understanding of what buyers are looking for when searching for Longboat Key condos, Anna Maria Island homes, and Bradenton waterfront properties.
