I sold my townhouse on Longboat Key in June 2023. I worked with Jonna Humphries, and I was very pleased with her. She helped me a lot to coordinate everything while I was in Germany (I am German). She gave me the best advice I could ask for: the listing, to find the best listing price, the real estate market at this time and the closing. She was a great mediator between me and the buyers. I could reach her any time despite the big time difference. She made me always feel comfortable with all the decisions I had to make. She helped during the whole process with the title company, so the closing went absolutely smooth. I also appreciates her help after the closing, removal of the old furniture and all small things I had to organize I highly recommend to work with Jonna, and if I would buy or sell another place I would hire her again.
